MEAL
In Adret du Bois, we eat locally and seasonally. The eggs come from our chicken coop, the vegetables are grown the old-fashioned way, without pesticides with love, the seafood or river products are 100% Basque coast.
Breakfast
In its sweet version:
- Soft-boiled or soft-boiled egg and its buttered bread rolls.
- Homemade granola accompanied by a cottage cheese or a homemade compote for those who prefer.
- Organic bread with grilled natural sourdough, its farm butter, its jam and its piece of chocolate from Monsieur Txokola.
- Seasonal fruit.
- Organic tea or an infusion from Etienne in Bayonne, a coffee from La Torref in Anglet.
- Freshly squeezed fruit juice, in season.
Salty option, gluten-free on request.
Accompaniments
Pour l'apéro, une sélection de vins Nature, de pétillants naturels, de bières de la brasserie Ex'H, de cocktail maison.
Et, pour se désaltérer, un thé froid maison ou une Gingerbeer maison.
